yup I am being penalized by getting less than half my pay because comp takes the last 39 weeks of earnings. I stayed contingent to help out if had a day off when they needed help. there were some weeks I didnt works there as I was on full time midnights at a different ICU and still had my salon. but they dont take that into account because according to my attorney "the law is poorly written". Not to mention all my treatment has been delayed which has set me back and allowed my disease to progress and spread to my right hand as well. I was also told in front of the dr by the case manager that my adjuster "does not care for am and I might want to get a lawyer if I do not already have one"What a joke! Nothing to protect the worker that was saving someone elses life only to sacrifice hers
