I've completely forgotten about FB, don't think I've been on it for a week or two.

Wednesday, they go to end of June. Not sure how that translates to days, with 'vacations' snow days, etc, for those starting earlier.

Way back when I was a kid I remember Mom got a donut maker that was like a waffle maker that made donuts oil free, if I remember right they were pretty good still.
I still sure love fried though, everything in moderation is good for you right?
I wonder how fried zucchini bread donuts would be? Healthy right?

Yes!!! Lot's of recipes online for zucchini donuts

I actually just cooked and steamed a big pot of diced zucchini and yellow squash for freezing to add to soups this winter.
Froze up a bunch last fall uncooked and they turned out like crap, seemed raw flavored no matter how much I cooked them. I think maybe they need to be cooked before freezing?
Chickens will get them if they just turn into wasted freezer space again.
Think I've picked the last of them, letting rest get huge for the birds.
