thank-you for your advice yesterday. The membrane stayed moist with the Vaseline and 6 hours later the yolk was absorbed. the chick was wedged in its small shell so tight in a bad position it was unable to open it's own shell so I did have to help it out. I'm pretty sure it has wry neck and it's having trouble balancing . But it is looking soo much better already! I really appreciate this page and everyone's wisdom !

Do you know how to treat wry neck?

Do you know how to treat wry neck?

Well I know it needs vitamin E but i'm not sure from what source. (like a human capsul or do they have a poultry one?) I also read something about maybe splinting the neck but I haven't.. so i don't really know.. do you??

Only reason I do is to keep up with our son & his family.

Same here.. only way to see distant family members. Very few friends followed.. Mostly family..
