It's taken long enough just to get it all together. It really is a huge project.
I might send Sally a message soon to see if she'd be fine with me doing it and then start on it if she is.... I know it needs to be re-formatted anyway.

Nah. I agree. Labels should be made clearer and a set style of highlighting used.

Odd about the insurance company visits. This house the just came out real quick when first got it. The lake cottage all they wanted has a photo of the electric meter, never went out at all as far as I know.

We got a letter stating the previous owners put an illegal roof over not inspected by the proper channels. Their paperwork states we have the original roof still.
We did not hire an inspection company prior to purchase of the home and we are responsible for that neglected process. We bought the home on a short sale 3 days before the bank took it and doubled the price of the asking short sale listing.
We liquidated everything to get in here.

It isn't funny any longer.... Wishing someone dead isn't something to joke about, and I've apologised long ago for what my words came across as. I felt really bad when I found out you interpreted my writing to mean that. I have no ill will towards anybody.

If you were joking, then I apologise for being serious. On the chance you weren't I decided to write this post.

Sorry for bringing it up. . I assumed it was a long standing joke between the two of you. I would never have thought anyone ever took it serious.
