And how's all the little piggies?

Just say no.toilet
Are you saying you're not impressed with our awesomeness???

Corn & soybeans are the top two here, with some sorghum thrown in. Also the largest dairy county in the state, so there's plenty of alfalfa & timothy ground. We have got everything off, thankfully. We got a couple of good rains while harvesting that stopped us for a few days each; we always get that once the hurricanes start. But overall we did ok.
We were gone yesterday to see my grandmother. There were still some harvesting their soybeans when we got home last night about 1am. And of course there's corn and sunflowers. I'm really glad we don't grow either.![]()
The Hampshires are little beasts. The Berkshires are running around like rats and my hub doesn't understand the whole laundry hamper concept. And how's all the little piggies?![]()
That's interesting! We have more corn grown here this year than the last few years. It's used for fall/winter grazing for the neighbours cattle. Our cousins have quite a few fields of it as well. Soybeans are fairly new to this area. Very expensive crop to put in. It's one of my favorite crops to harvest. Most dairy is in the farther eastern and western provinces. A lot of beef cattle where we are...mostly beef.Corn & soybeans are the top two here, with some sorghum thrown in.
