Another funny moment of the day:
DS was Student of the week (2nd grade) and shared a little about himself & of course his chickens. Today he received a cute memory book from his classmates. It was very sweet and will be cherished. However it did tell me that we need to invite a couple of his classmates over to play, so they may see what real chickens look like. LOL

I really enjoy children's abstract art.

God I miss those days... I saved almost every drawling.

My youngest cub... She is wearing her FFA jacket & holding one of her Projects... I had to crop it to make BYC accept it. She is in her twenties now.. I miss the magic.. Christmas morns, b-days.. My son gave me a grandson, to help take the edge off the children withdrawl.

Ducks will never be as awful as geese. But I have had traumatic experiences with geese so I'm biased.

Agree, I do not like geese. They are all the bad qualities DUX would otherwise have dumped into one bird and condensed.

I know. She called me ,thankfully, from the dealership and asked if $850 was a good price for brakes.....AT that price I would hang out a shingle and do brakes for a living!!

They told her it would take 7 hours to do brakes..I am guessing they hire special needs mechanics if that is the case.

That's rediculous! My husband did my brakes and rotors in the driveway with the car up on 2 Jacks from our trunks in less than 2 hours before work lol.
