Because they were shipped eggs, fertility may not have been the cause. They can get scrambled by the PO. That's why breeders always send extras. (to cover breakage, air cell ruptures, temp fluctuations, delivery delays, etc.) However, your results are pretty good considered they were shipped eggs.

Upon eggtopsy there were no bullseyes which is why I assumed they were infertile. But the breeder was great and almost tripled my egg order so while I ordered a dozen eggs I got a bakers dozen worth of chicks!

Dang, wish I’d have found this sooner I went with the bandaid. She’s been in it for two days already. It’s just she’s also got a curled toe. I figured one orthotic at a time.
