Hey all, question - I killed my rooster last Saturday (well I had someone else process him), I let his sit in the fridge in brine for a few days, now it's in a big stew pot with lots of spices simmering away. Can I let it simmer over night?

Yes you can, but you have 2 choices
1.if it is on the stove You will need to put it one THE LOWEST, flame possible and you will need to check it at list one time to see the flouid level.
2. Put it cover, in your oven on 150-160 C°.

Thank you Benny!! I have the lowest flame possible, covered in foil since the pot doesn't have a cover. Alarm is set for 4 hours, and we will see how it looks then.

And you REALLY want to change her with a new model? ARE YOU INSANE?

Not sure. How would I be able to tell?

Mo, they don't that is the point to no two dishes ever touching.....Also the WWD seems to not realize the importance of turning the water heater up to 140 degrees before doing dishes. The reason we have a on-demand heater is so we get the temps we need for each job and do not have to settle for whatever the temp is...(and it saves money)

My dishwasher has complained about how high I set the hot water tank temp.

Missed on the rain amount.

Wow, twice as much as you thought.

What don't you understand. My dishwasher occasionally makes rude gestures and makes grumbly sounds.

Good morning Everyone! My little dandelion clock is home sick today. :( Poor little bubs. Woke up and told me "me sick...>cough! cough!<" He drank a little tea and went back to sleep. Making a pot and spinach and mushroom soup for when he wakes up.

Chicks went away yesterday. Next batch due thanksgiving

Hope he is feeling better today!

Morning Mike rain throughout the day yesterday as well. Emptied quite a bit more out of five gallon bucket but didn’t check the gauge yet. The to do list for this weekend is already too long so I quit adding to it. :lau
Zero eggs the other day when the two strays came though the yard.
