Well, it's his voice on the one I listen to, so that's good enough for me.

If I say the Sounds of Silence is my favourite song of Disturbed's, that doesn't mean I am throwing S&G under the bus---they still wrote it.

(S&G's version is much better, actually, the re-do by the disturbed dude is just weird. It still makes a good example)

If I taped some of my off-key warblings and I said "Yesterday" was the best of mine, I'm not saying the Beatles didn't write it. Just that I sung it. Get it now??

I just pulled out a bunch of those small yellow 78s ("Golden records") from my crawl space. They were from my young childhood (hand-me downs from older siblings) & I'm hoping my dad can convert them to computer files so my kids can listen to them.

We also had another type of larger record that was thick & one-sided. (extremely heavy) They were my grandpa's from the 1920s - early 1940s. I loved playing with them them as a kid. My record player had 3 speeds 33, 45, & 78. I can't remember which speed was needed for them.

I just realized what those "colored" records were... I forgot about them,, they were smaller than the old 78s in diameter but larger than the 45s...right?

It was a girl thing, My cousin had them I think...

I had no sisters so we did not have them...

We had the old thick 78's black vinyl that we played on a crack up phonograph.... We had the ones your Grandpa had... Most had two sides some one sides..

As are cloth towels in a bathroom! Better to sneak some antibacterial gel on your hands than use most peoples bathroom towels..Luckily for me I normally have some gel with me.....

When we had pigs I never castrated them.. I held the poor little pig and the WWD ( a trained nurse) did the actual cutting...She seemed to take pleasure in it..I was scared..
