Canadiens have 29, they had a terrible season start. There was only one team in the NHL with fewer points than them at one point.

WOW! That's quite a trip!

Thankfully, the airlines are pretty good about helping parents with kids. We used to bring the stroller all the way to the plane boarding. The flight attendants would put it up front for us so we didn't have to worry about checking it. (Where it could get lost or damaged.) The stroller made it so much easier to walk across the long terminals. Sometimes they let us board 1st as well. The only issue my kids had was the ear pain. Of course, with that long flight, he's got to fall asleep at some point. Sleeping babies are wonderful!

Yeah the advice my mom had (and everyone else who travels with babies) was to feed the baby or have him suck on a pacifier during takeoff and landing so his ears will pop. Can't hurt to try! Since we want very little bulk on this flight I'll be babywearing and my parents will have the carseat and stroller waiting for us in Texas. He loves being worn and carried so it works out great!

Really rough night last night. Baby started crying at three in the morning and didn't stop until almost seven. Tried everything: changed him multiple times, took off clothes to see if he was too warm, put on clothes to see if he was too cold, fed him both from the breast and from a bottle, tried skin-to-skin and holding him. He just wouldn't calm down and sleep. Called my mom and he did calm himself a little hearing both of us talking but after a while he started fussing again. Finally got him to sleep around seven and he slept until ten when he woke for a feed. Then he slept again until about noon when he got hungry again. Being a parent is hard, but I know a lot of y'all are sympathetic and really helpful at advice for stuff other than hatching.
