.
I was just thinking the no egg thing was nice, but feed bill says otherwise.
I'm only carrying 6 layers, normally giving me 4-5 eggs daily, so it's not real bad getting no eggs
“Doggy”?!![]()
That was one nice thing about having a kennel full of outside bird dogs; toss a flake of hay in their box & they'd make a nest & be happy as pigs in slop as long as they were dry & out of the wind. The dog might not be able to go outside anymore this winter other than to potty. He’s too cold, and I know it bothers his arthritis.
The ducks of course jumped into their water. I melted inside the coop. It’s surprisingly warm. Warmer than my fully closed in sunroom! The chickens seemed relieved that I was bringing water inside.
It’s as silly as “choo choo train”.What's wrong with doggy?
Sweet? Really?Canada's too.
I think they are! I got 2 more eggs than usual the day after I moved them in. Maybe they're just not hiding them in bushes any more.
I'll leave that to Ralphie.
I'd want them as pets rather than meat. I have chanties for that. From what I hear, turkeys are almost too sweet to eat...
Yes. Supposedly. I haven't had much experience with them... mainly just BB toms, and they were rather cranky.Sweet? Really?
Given enough time, you would have had one that couldn’t take it. The hunters that have a camp next door breed beagles. One guy was disgusted by Sturgis’s food allergy. Then he had a pup with allergies. That was one nice thing about having a kennel full of outside bird dogs; toss a flake of hay in their box & they'd make a nest & be happy as pigs in slop as long as they were dry & out of the wind.
My Bourbon Reds talked to me, and followed me around.Yes. Supposedly. I haven't had much experience with them... mainly just BB toms, and they were rather cranky.
