Good Idea! If I spray the banana and pineapple trees today they should be covered in a layer of ice until the first of June or so...

The Zone 3 banana is a tree not a bush. When resided in Florida I had Banana plants. They are not at all like the hardy Banana Trees we grow up here..

However-----Our coconut palms are much shorter than the ones in Florida, they are a tad shorter than our Potato Brush.

We have, not in commercial growing, this breed the red banana, very beutiful plant!

And there is a blue variety too.
