I had one swollen foot chick (it recovered). I forgot to turn off the turner during a staggered hatch.

Also roll up some old rags of wash clothes and place them on both sides of the chicks that are unable to stand/balance/sit on their own.
Marbles in their water dish in case they collapse face first into the dish.
I have seen deformed and curlled feet when humidity spikes during the last 3 days of the absorption period. Vitamins asap.

Since Rural King has come to our neck of the woods, we have been shopping there for this and that. Some of their items will be marked "13% off" etc. But in FINE PRINT they say after rebate. The rebate is credited to you after you go to their web site and log in your purchases. Takes until forever for them to activate but eventually the do. They are giving back to you in the form of girt card/store credit.
YESTERDAY, our store credit bought this FARM INNOVATORS BRAND Incubator with zero money down. Almost got two of them but I am waiting to see how user friendly it is before I take on two of them. Set up and stabilized over night. Seems to hold temp fine. Going to set 4 dozen eggs around noon time.
I will find out soon enough, if I like this brand.
