No credit cards here. all cash transactions.
Whites, My DH complains still today of chest /arm pain from a MI he had 20 yrs ago.
I just had a bad one and no pain. Maybe its a man thing. I hope its not too bad on you.
Both Walmart and Amazon will let you pay with PayPal so you can take that straight out of your account isn't that essentially cash?

No, it's tolerable. What befuddles me, though, is the fact that I've never had a heart attack. The bypass was to fix a couple arteries that I suppose would have eventually led to one.
I carry one card, but never use it as a credit card, per se. Whatever amount I put on it generates a direct debit against my checking account, just like writing a check or paying cash, except I don't have to carry either of them around. It's unusual for me to have more than $10 on me at any one time, unless I'm on the road.
I started doing that when I first got my credit card back in 1990 when I was really young, before debit cards and though people thought it was strange, I would just subtract it from my checking account as I used it. Then when the bill came I just wrote the check. Plus, they pay me a cash back every month to use their card so it works for me.

At least that way you never spend what you don't have.

I was talking to @meltel today. She asked my opinion on a greenhouse. Turns out Target has some nice greenhouses that look like they can stand up to the harshness of winter. Of course, I see a great coop. :D
