IOMG wtf is going on!!!

when I found darkest eggs, they are atually from solid black marans

so my hens are solid black and the roos from the other dark eggs are BCM all feather footed and nice coloring

I got really scared yesterday Sally, I was getting ready to use that stuff and I looked down and seen a hole right between my breasts ! I hollered and my DH said whats wrong? whats wrong ? I told him and asked him to take a look.
It was my belly button

yes quads are not that rare for lil goats but quints are, a breeder said she only got two sets in 35 years. So I feel very lucky!! got pics of them??

From what I understand, it's really hard to get a good balance in color. You either have hens with great copper hackers and way over colored roos or hens totally lacking the copper but perfect roos :/ I have the opposite issue right now. My pullets are looking great but my cockerels have way too much. No clue how the eggs will look though.

I think I did at some point 3 had blue eyes two are acctually chocolate this one is not black its chocolate, as they got older they got more and more chocolatey, this first one is going to NY the other to Pittsburg and the other three are in lancaster already as bottle babies... she was huge very huge
