EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

My mother was passing through (she’d been visiting in Boston), and we went out to lunch. We also filled up my gas can.
So now I have to ask:
How do you explain to a 3-year-old that you ran over her rooster? (Thankfully I avoided him)
What was he doing that close to the mower?
(This rooster likes me too much! He ran out of the lilac bush to see me)
How do you get the dandelion seeds out of ... everywhere?!
It’s in my eye, and won’t come out. :hit
Dandelions are yummy and good for you :drool I have a cookbook

Thanks!! So far so well, just time. Too much time, ugh!

We want to be into the new house like 2 weeks ago but not closing on either until 6/25
I hear this story every day from clients. Fortunately I’m not on the stressful side of it. Just the inspection side which is stressful enough for me. I know it’s no help but it will be here quickly.
Have you picked a chicken breed yet, or just going to wait and see?

:celebrate :hugs hi Ken!! In the process of selling/buying houses so my hubby said to get rid of all my birds and start fresh in the new place :fl he even gave me an incubation/brooding area :fl
I don't envy you; I hate the thought of moving 50 years of things we've accumulated. Besides, it'll give the kids something to do when we're gone & they're cussing us for keeping it all in the first place. :D

You moving far?

Ugh, gross, just bought these pigs, their place was :sick gross to say the least

My thoughts were 3 days of wazine @ 1 oz wazine per gallon water then in 10 days do it again
I've not a clue. I know two things about pigs/hogs: they taste good, & I wouldn't own one on a bet.

I recently found an app that lists local people that will take care of dogs. Some people charge $20 per 30 minute visit, and more if it’s a holiday.
If you have free time, you can make a lot of money being a dog walker/boarder in your home or theirs. The app is Rover.
