I got 5 pigs yesterday, they have worms

You're both right; ascaris=intestinal roundworm. Most common worm going, in dogs, at least.

I used to have an old fashioned mower. I miss it sometimes.

My dad had one. You had to mow 3 times a week because in thick grass you will bust your donkey.

My mother was passing through (she’d been visiting in Boston), and we went out to lunch. We also filled up my gas can.
So now I have to ask:
How do you explain to a 3-year-old that you ran over her rooster? (Thankfully I avoided him)
What was he doing that close to the mower?
(This rooster likes me too much! He ran out of the lilac bush to see me)
How do you get the dandelion seeds out of ... everywhere?!
It’s in my eye, and won’t come out.

That's the only one Dad ever had 'til both his boys left home; he bought a power mower when he had to mow his own frigging grass. He only wanted the grass mowed every 2 weeks, even in peak growing season, so that old reel mower was definitely over-matched, but he didn't care; he didn't have to use it most of the time.

I seriously cannot let him free range next time I’m mowing.
I couldn’t find the saline. I actually dislodged it two minutes ago.
I don’t know why I was so stupid. No eyewear, no long pants, and I stubbornly did not wear sunblock. So, now I’m wearing aloe because I’m burnt.
