Good morning indeed. The house is actually quiet this morning. Hasn’t been this way for at least 8 months. Work day starts in about a minute but I’m enjoying the moment.

You were right; one of those links gave me an idea. I went back to the dryer vent hose to see if I could come up with something.

The end was the same size as the neck I was trying to get it onto. So I broke out the hacksaw & cut it off, back to the beginning of the ribs, which are a tad larger, & ended up with
