We’re having a nasty storm. It knocked out the power, and the thunder is shaking the house. I even have a lake outside my front door. I’ve never seen a puddle in the grass before... not counting in the runs.

Wow, crazy! There's nothing going on here at all.... I'm sick of all the rain. My yard has been totally useless all summer.
We didn't have any family fires this year when normally, we'd have one almost every other weekend. Now the leaves are falling and I still feel like I'm just waiting on Summer :/

I think a lot of us feel like summer never happened. Maybe we’ll have an Indian summer to make up for the uncooperative weather.

We had the heat of summer but the smoke was a sunscreen of sorts. Plants aren’t acting right. Hard to explain and maybe it’s just mine. Fall has already hit here. Unseasonably cooler here now, all in all a weird summer.

Strange, we had drizzle on and off yesterday, no big storm though. Must have built up along it's way.

It's been a wet summer here, too. Grass just keeps growing, hard to keep up with it. Usually at some point it quits, but not this year.
