Camping went well last night. No rain, but highway construction began around six. We went inside, and even the dog went right to bed.
Our first two quail eggs!

We are watching the old Jungle Book. I don’t think she’s laughed so hard in months!

Our tenant lives in our old place and has our old coop and run. He just got a small flock of Ayam Cemani (the same breeder we're getting ours from). At first it was just three hens but look who arrived today....

I'm gonna be in trouble when Blu gets home and sees what I did. I took my rabbits to a chicken swap this morning to sell. Sold all 8 in the first couple of hours. I then spent ALL of the money I made on chickens. I got 5 Isabelle Orps, 2 BLRW pullets, a silkie mix, a dozen light Bramah eggs, and a silkie roo my son named Peanut.
