They seem to be small deer. Especially the does. I’m not sure if that’s because of lack of food and there’s just too many of them or the deer breed itself. Maybe both.

Hi I have a question .I tried hatching out red jungle fowl eggs I ordered from a breeder on eBay. I placed the eggs right sided up in an egg carton and tilted them 3times a day. The air cell's were a mess. The temperature gauge on the janoel12 incubator read 38 . 2 degrees Celsius and 49% humidity. On the 8th day I candled them and I could see the chicks eyes They were developing. So far I lost only 8 eggs 0ut of 16 pretty good for shipped eggs . the eggs were rare and expensive so I was concerned. On day 18 it was time for lock down. I boosted the humidity to 56%. I could not stop thinking I did something wrong. After the 3rd day of lock down I still don't see any hatches or pips . I continued to waite. After the last day of lock down and still no chicks I decided to candled the eggs, The chicks were moving( what! )how could that be possible. So I left them in the incubator for 7 more days. I decided that they were dead and broke them open and when I did there were living chicks half deformed in side . I'm guessing they were deformed becuz they were in lock down for so long. Dose any one know what happened or ever seen anything like this. Thanks

Def sounds like temp issue.
Need to calibrate thermometer.
I used to have these and they popped out like popcorn. I candle much less that others I feel.
Problem was finding people who wanted the chicks.

Haha, oh I am the same way! It's passive-aggressive and that is just nails on a chalkboard to my generous spirit.

I do usually chip in a few dollars a year. I love Wikipedia for entertainment as much as for informational purposes. Last time I was on there, I ended up spending an hour or so reading about the rare flora and fauna of hedgerows!

Muleys are the deer of choice in my neck of the woods. We have both whitetails and mule deer but it seems like people prefer the mule deer. I just cooked up my last bit of muley last week, actually.

I remember when my Grandma was going through chemo...there was no quicker way to get on her bad side than to suggest she have an Ensure!

I myself didn't mind them. I've spent lots of time on Zofran, too, which is what is often given to chemo patients for the nausea. I get severe hyperemesis during pregnancy--I got down to 84lbs with my first. I spent a lot of time in the infusion center getting my fluids topped up. A word of advice for Zofran use...start the stool softeners before you need them. By the time you do, you'll be too far gone for comfort!

What are you up to this summer?

Oh brother. Tall order to fill.
Recovering from the overbearing drama fr0m Late 2018 and it was difficult. Early 2019 was challenging.
Too personal 4 details. Limited details rte now-
-Family feud- still a cold war to this day.
-Human death and birth on the same day 23 minutes apart.
Family dice cubes rolled total craps- then recovered partially with nothing short of a make shift reincarnation.(thru optimism)
-My autistic grandson denied access to me for reasons beyond my control. Thanks bob.
_Major employment changes. Having to take on graveyard shifts 3am to stay afloat without selling off too much critters.
_Been selling of the majority of our L-Stock to make ends meet.
-One of us peeps here medically incapacitated with injury w/trama & left the other literally incapacitated mentally. Forced treatment.
-close to 30 piglets drowned in a flash flood about 4 weeks ago, only 6ish recovered.
- I've adopted an 8 foot yellow rat snake. It lives in the barn. I have been compiling pix video of his all out assault on the serious rodent population.

-Other than the bombardment of tribulations the last nine months, I'm not bitter.

Nobody pity or try to patronize me PLEASE.
Yall have good intentions and genuine compassion-
but I'm over and clear of the thorn patch.

I kept my goats! Chucked the ducks & turkies and 120 chickens..
I have 2 budgies & a Canary who is the shi#.
If you ever seen the old cartoons where the confused person has the devil on one shoulder & an angel on the other... Potey the orange carary is the angel.
