Brian (late b-i-l) had some 100 gallon tanks, even smaller tanks in the bathrooms.
I think he had an even bigger one too. I remember it was insane.

Crazy amount of work too. We had Sea Horses as well. Full time job paying attention to that tank.Ready set ...go.......View attachment 1889024 View attachment 1889025 View attachment 1889026 View attachment 1889027 View attachment 1889028 View attachment 1889030 View attachment 1889031 View attachment 1889032 View attachment 1889033 View attachment 1889034 View attachment 1889035 View attachment 1889037 View attachment 1889038 View attachment 1889039 View attachment 1889040 View attachment 1889041 View attachment 1889042 View attachment 1889043 View attachment 1889044
Lol if there's enough room the fish may just breed and fill out the empty spaces. Depends on what type of fish. The 55gallon is clean, and on the stand. I thought I had more bedding, so I have to add that to the list (just a heat source). I really don’t need this tank, but it will be like having a huge coop for a small flock.Leaves room for playing!
Of course, I don’t think I am a crab math kind of person. The extra room in the coop has a way of getting filled.![]()
I had to take a break after I lost my bettas due to power outages. I'm thinking about just doing a nano with shrimp and black tiger badis. That's the plan, at least. I'm probably going to do a mini version of the walsted method.I love having aquariums. The first thing I can ever remember asking Santa for was an aquarium, and I got one! The last few times I haven't kept up with maintenance though, so I'm taking a break.I've been doing lots of reading on nano setups lately, though!
Oof. Yeah, I wouldn't want to restart from that either.I used to keep tropical fish. Not Walmart fish, $60-120 fish.I cannot remember any of them though.
I would love to have fish again, but I don’t trust the floors to support the weight.
Besides, I gave away soooo much! I’d rather not buy a whole fish medicine cabinet/chemicals again.
Her tanks are beautiful. I'm terrified of saltwater setups, though. I would hate to put that much work and money into it and have the whole system crash. My largest tank was just a 32 gallon. It was fun. I think I'll go copy some of one of our daughter's tanks. She's having a blast with the salt water, but...she's into the reef..Coral...crabs....looking...
The crabs can’t reproduce without the ocean. If you are trying to temp me into a section of fish in the crabitat... well, I have already been thinking about it!Lol if there's enough room the fish may just breed and fill out the empty spaces. Depends on what type of fish.
