What you should be saying is, "I hope you stop meddling next time."

I put little tiny pullet eggs (all of which hatched well!) in with big eggs, and I played with temps, and I only turned sporadically after day 14, and I opened the incubator several times after the hatch started. Whenever I give advice, I tell people not to open the bator and just be patient, but I foolishly ignore my own good sense. I guess 13 of 16 that made it to lockdown (maybe 14!) isn't too bad, considering.

Well, PART of my money got here. Not nearly enough for my chick order. So now I'm trying to decide what eggs to order. I can't decide. There's too many breeds to choose from!

Yep... Well, sorta. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm getting. I'm thinking I may do ams and bcms but cackle has speckled eggers and I love their eggs more than welsummers.

I think it's just been too long since I last had chickens.
