I keep saying my goat days are over, I even sold the entire herd and then backed out, because the family was throwing a fit. But not much changed, no one wants to do the work! Cleaning pens is rough, rougher than I would like to admit, nothing like cleaning chicken coop! I am seriously afraid I am going to get hurt dealing with them and the mud. I fell a lot this fall already, not looking forward to freeze and ice. I can't milk long anyways because now I have my young grandkids to watch. Its hard to say no to grands, I sometimes feel like babysitter and not grand lol. I had great plans to do milk testing etc and now I can't. I fight myself mentally, I love my grands tons but do want to go forward with my plans, but also don't want them in daycare esp with this crap going around. So day by day we deal with what comes.
