What a busy day. My aunt and uncle's new place is so awesome. I think it's 12 acres.

I spent a great deal of time telling my aunt all about the chicken coop we could build and even offered to hatch her some chicks.

Their neighbors have goats, cows, geese, and show rabbits.

I may have drooled a little.

Kids were down for the balloon fiesta and now we have this fabulous fall weather.

They have early voting here so I got that out of the way today, changed the battery in the pop door, and sent off my passport for renewal.

Been busy, but things are going pretty well (knock on wood)

Yeah, plus unexpectedly working almost full time. (Yuck)

Just being prepared with the passport, and a little wishful thinking. We have friends who will be in a town in the mountains outside of Mexico City for 2 months and want us to come visit.
