Woke up this morning to the sound of cheeping from my incubator
It's day 20. I candled them last night and all but 1 were moving and trying to internally pip. Pretty hopeful for this lot- my 2 home eggs are doing well, and out of the 12 shipped I've only lost 3 so far- 2 really busted air cells and one that I think is going to be a late quitter (but maybe not- it doesn't smell so it's still in there!!)
And the waiting begins!

First of 9 trusses in place. Them things ain't light!

Trusses done, scaffolds set up, & roof sheathing in place
Siding finally started
Siding almost done, roof done, finally...now it can snow all it wants Still need to make 3 doors, a set of steps, a ramp, & install soffet. At least I can work from inside, out of the weather .
Way to go. I wish my loafing shed I built this weekend was half that nice
