a lot of you guys have to worry about winter, we have to worry about summer. We lose birds easily to heat stroke here, have to put gallons of frozen ice jugs out there for them, mist them off, along with the ground and the coop and make sure to replace all the water 1-2x a day to cool it off in the afternoon.

Have you thought about a mister? Tiny holes drilled into PVC that is arched or square, and attached to a hose.

we are on a well, our electric bill is about 400 a month with the water we use and AC, with out using misters. We cannot afford to run misters on our well, it keeps the electric pump on non-stop.Have you thought about a mister? Tiny holes drilled into PVC that is arched or square, and attached to a hose.
