she has them?
The one on the far right, looks like my baby brown cochin chicks. Not to say that's what it is - just it looks alot like them... unless they are copper marans, and I'm mistaken about what the dude sent me.

He threw in some surprise chicks when he didn't get enough turkeys/ducks for me.. we talked about so many different breeds of chickens, I have no idea what they were. They had fluffy feet, so I just assumed full-size cochins.

Does that make me a bad chicken owner, that I don't even know what they are and don't care what they are? they have a home anyways? LOL

Same happened to me. Went to buy Orpington, lady made change in chicks. Couldn't for the life of me remember what they were. :lau

Chicken math! I am super fond of my EE - I don't find them flighty like the polish. My cochins tolerate being held if you catch them, but they aren't necessarily super cuddly birds.

I wouldn't mind having just 1 or 2 birds that like to cuddle, but none seem overly interested in being held. They like treats, and they talk to you and follow you around, and none of our birds are mean or attack us or peck us. I guess they respect us, but don't think we are the bees knees when it comes to love????????????

My daughter's still kind of butt hurt that none of the chickens in particular seem overly attached to us - although my little gray hen, astrid lets me get close enough to pick her up and pet her sometimes. She tolerates it, but doesn't seem overjoyed by it. LOL
