Thank you. Hi Dan!!e you sure should finish that bator!! Sooner or later yer gonna have a bratty broody and wish it was ready to put ER eggs in it!! How are all the critters doing? What have you processed and will have overwinter?
How did the pig raising go? any tips? I have so much trashed Hay from the goats, it would be nice to have one just to eat their scraps!!

I know I know. But you see my mom put it on hold so yeah, not going anywhere soon :/ Well everyone says it's contagious but so far the only thing I've had go broody was a pekin duck
I can't get things that go broody to go broody but I can get a duck that's got a 5% chance of sitting all the way through to go broody and hatch 60% of the eggs givin 
Most the animals are well, chickens ducks and pheasant are finishing up a molt. My favorite rooster has wet pox
Other than that everyone seems to be good. We butchered a turkey back in August I think it was (late August or early September.) cause he had bad legs, dressed out at 15 delicious pounds then we butcher the two extra Roos, we were gonna do three but the third dropped died two days before we butchered 
We're going to butcher the last two turkeys sometime next month and probably a rabbit too. We've got 23 chickens one pheasant (who may end up as Christmas dinner) 13 ducks (3 are ducklings so that may change when we figure out the genders.) 2 rabbits that for sure will over winter two pigs (the other two are headed to freezer camp before winter) and three goats. Are you asking about the ones I raise for 4-H or the current ones? Definitely hot wire train them early and never ever ever ever leave it off any longer then it has to be.
