My birds are being a bunch of freeloading slackers as well. Seems like the only one who lays consistently is the duck.I dont have eggs anyways, I only get two a day and yesterday zippo from them. I need little wood eggs swear must be egg eating!

I'll send you some of the nasty things in the spring.I dont have ducks :/
Thanks!!! Your coffee tastes best!
Quote: We've not had any of that white crap yet, which I need like another head, but it's cold enough that I've burned the last of the gas out of the mower, so I don't end up having to have the carb rebuilt again in the Spring. Need to do the same with the 4-wheeler, but it doesn't want to start...doesn't get used enough, I guess. I'll pull the battery (what a dumb place to locate a battery), put the charger to it, & store it inside 'til Spring.
Note to self: Pull the mower battery at the same time, Dummy
But whites, how will we be entertained this Spring without your mower repair stories?!![]()

I bought two rope lights at Lowes yesterday. I think I'll use them this spring when moving older chicks to the growout pens and they still need a little high time heat (along with the Mama Heating Pad).Morning Sally. Haven't tried the rope project yet going to try a different way as the instructions say not to enclose the light in any way, I know it's a safety thing on their part but better safe than sorry. My original ideal was to run it under the roost with zip ties that way it's not crossed or enclosed.

Quote: Sally! Thanks for posting this! Much easier than what I was doing (scrambling them all and then mashing...)
OK, another cup of coffee, then out to work int he garden. I have spinach, carrots, and late garlic and onion to plant.
