I was pleasantly surprised to be able to drink my JB openly until seven (when my mother showed up) last night. Today I mixed it quickly into a Pepsi bottle. My day has improved!

Category 2 hurricane Otto just made landfall and is hammering Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Latest hurricane in the Caribbean ever. Strongest November hurricane ever. First hurricane to ever hit Costa Rica in history.
There will be life threatening flash flooding and mudslides.
Luckily for CR, they are on the south side of the eye so they aren't getting as strong of wind as the Nicos.
Also luckily, where it hit is sparsely populated and the swampy wetland area of both countries. There are a lot of volunteers and scientists in the area working with sea turtles and other wildlife.
