The problem is the temp in 6 weeks, when said ducklings are due for a trip to ouside.... :/

And I REALLY don't wish to run extension cords out there. Nice in theory, but I've nearly started fires that way.
(Found a hole in the casing of a live extension cord coming down the nest box side. I shudder to think what mighta happened if it was a foot lower)

How's tree planting coming along. The apples I have are Fuji, Granny Smith, Arkansas black, and golden delicious.
 
All done - that was easy! Too bad the rest of the vine dried ones are about 20 feet up hanging in other trees... (That's what happens when you let a volunteer vine go nuts...)
