Didn't actually realize how bad it was til I took the pic- He's rather skittish...

I understand, had a hen who was the same way. Tried to months to catch her. Even went up the tree she was sleeping in the get her on multiple occasions thinking I would get her. Nope, she would bail and run for cover. Never could find her. When she got to where she couldn't eat for about a week, she came up to me and just let me grab her. I guess I got lucky on that one
