Ok, thanks. Nice that feeling the kids makes you some money,

I could probably buy the fence cheaper than feeding them, but they clean up my pasture so much better than chemicals or brushhogging, and are much more enjoyable. I just hope to not loose money. We will see after a year or so when I check the math.

Are these babies big enough to live in an open sided tractor without heat? Do I need to give them something like a dogloo on the cold nights coming up? It's 53 right now.

Also, got the kids' ugly Christmas sweaters finished! The note came MONDAY that the contest was TODAY. Bubba was disheartened that I wouldn't made him cinnamon toast for breakfast. I have never ever made anyone cinnamon toast for breakfast before school.

DD absolutely loves this sort of stuff.

Hi! No, no dogs. They require time, training, and attention to keep them happy and not destructive. I have no time, and what little I have I would rather be riding. Besides twelve to fifteen hours a day I am not available.

Hi Dax, good points on the dogs. What age are meat goats processed?

Here no more than 1 year! 10 month are better!

OK, Id' be interested in if you think they are worthwhile. I like my little dairy goats, but having something larger to eat more brush would be good too.

My dairy goats clean pasture up well too. Just can't deal with all the milk if I had more.
