Good morning everyone.

Haven't been around much.

Work: production is up from 20/ month to 45/ month same crew
Family: Dad is 100 years old today and family is arriving from everywhere
Chickens: its raining cats and dogs and keeping them dry in the remaining hours has me beat.

Oh and still have touch of the flu/cold since Thanksgiving.

really no excuse though I'll try to do better.

I'll tell him happy birthday from you he gets a kick out of the chicken stories. As a kid he was raised in Nebraska in a farm like setting. Really wasn't farm but very large lots in town where they had cows and chickens.

Off to get busy. Have 8 gallons or more of sauerkraut to package up before DW gets home and I go to work. Off to wash mason jars. Wish I had more gallon jugs. Have two that are free off pickles now, think I'll keep them packed with kraut in the fridge, maybe a few qts also, rest I'll have to can probably.
