Quote: #1 and #2 are Turkey eggs, the last 2, #17 and #18 are EE eggs, pullet eggs, and are quite small, but I don't think they are bantam EE, they seem to be bout the right size for reg! I tried the zip ties with the last hatch, ultimate fail. So, I have been using my daughters' rubber bands from her bracelet making kit thing, It has several different colors, but had to double over at first but now we removed old and replaced with new without doubling. I am thinking maybe I will use pipe cleaners next time, they are adjustable!

All the eggs, with exception of Turkey, came from various areas, and we have regular or frequent layers in these different areas. So it is easier to guess who laid what by location of nest. Other than that, they are all going to just be barnyard mixes. The Barred Rocks are in the breeding pen will be the only True bred chicks, however they are heavily molting right now, not laying much at all, out of 7 hens in there, I am only getting 1 egg a day if I am lucky!

I have hatching bags that I will use to separate the eggs into at lockdown so I can keep track, If I feel that I need to.

That's the problem... I don't know if I can. Due to her head wounds she has swelling and won't straighten her neck. :/
