All the eggs, with exception of Turkey, came from various areas, and we have regular or frequent layers in these different areas. So it is easier to guess who laid what by location of nest. Other than that, they are all going to just be barnyard mixes. The Barred Rocks are in the breeding pen will be the only True bred chicks, however they are heavily molting right now, not laying much at all, out of 7 hens in there, I am only getting 1 egg a day if I am lucky!

I have hatching bags that I will use to separate the eggs into at lockdown so I can keep track, If I feel that I need to.

Today I start drawing the coop with actual effort! I've just drawn some scribbles in the past so this means we are getting somwehere

Don't forget LOTS of ventilation. Good luck. Chime in for ideas. I think all of us have built at least one coop.
