No clue. Once I get a dedicated chicken scale I'll run weights on all of them... As of now I'm using my flour scale

Nope, that's Heather. They were practically identical in weights though.

It has a setting for measuring in grams, silly!

I've got a bagel recipe (12 total) that calls for 6 cups of flour though...
