Who doesn't love a good hockey game??

We were just at a hockey game last night

I do not have any frogs or lizards alive, just toads now. But the toads are far more impressive than the frogs were..and way healthier.

Any idea as to why the toads are healthier than the frogs?

I think by selective breeding and by bringing in the "other" genes I diluted the bad CX genes that cause heart and kidney problems.

I did have a toad die a while back of heart problems. Her comb turned purple as if lacking O2 and she died a week later, in the hospital. I hated to see her go but was glad her genes were out of the breeding pool.

Not our sport of choice (which would probably be baseball) but it was still a good time. It's kinda funny watching big guys with sticks beat each other up lol. It was scout night and the girls got a patch for going. They had a blast!

Fluff butts! Two blacks and a blueish. The blue one is the biggest and it came from an egg half the size of the other two No more pips though.

Not My cup of tea either..... Baseball any day though. Any to a Detroit Tigers game last summer it was a blast. It had been many years since I was in Detroit. Was nice to go home for an day.

I'll need to get the details (timing, etc.) from you - it seemed from reading the thread that some folks got mushy results if the chickens were too young/tender. I REALLY want to can a lot of it this year. I'll have a lot of processing to do because I can't keep more than a couple cockerels at most - so I'll be able to do that. I have one of thane All American pressure canners...
