Puppy was out again, both yesterday and today. It seems we have an understanding now. She comes to me when I call her name, and provided I move slow, she just stands there and lets me pick her up and snuggle her before putting her back in. I couldn't fix the place I THINK she's getting out yesterday or today. Hoping for grace or another day so I can fix it tomorrow (if I'm up early enough, I'll try to do it before work). Of course, she very well MAY be levitating after all...

Been reading about geese - Holderread's The Book of Geese arrived today.

I'm SOOOOOOOO tired - I think the busy brooder-building weekend has caught up to me. I think it's going to be an early night...

Just did the Day 10 weights and checks for the first Puppy/Switch batch and the OE eggs. OE eggs are still losing too much weight, so I upped the humidity again. But all are developing really well. I can see into the Puppy eggs better, and they are all swimming all over the place. (Probably plotting escape first from the egg, then the hatcher, then the brooder, and next thing I know, they will have hijacked a Walmart tractor trailer and be heading for the border...)
