I am trying to convince him not to give up entirely.

Yes flood. His friend lives in a flash flood area and due to drought didn't know it. Recent rains flooded his friends chicken coops and they lost 80% of flock. Really nice birds.

He had a very very rare Russian breed, the Pavlovskaya chicken

And he remained with no males, he lost all his vorwerk chicken and some heavy loss in other breeds.
This wasn't have to happen, he thinks that the city council have done some development works that cause the water to change corse.

Yep, the one night on the game thread, I said, hubby is calling me to go to bed except it got corrected to "go to breed". That got quoted so fast before I had time to fix it lol.

I'll bet, though somehow I don't think correcting it to say to bed helped
