EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

@Fire Ant Farm I made cages with roll-away floors to keep the eggs from the nasty birds. The stuff I bought lists beef byproducts as the first ingredient. Some of the birds, some of the birds refused to touch it.... They are like little spoiled brats.. This is the cage I made today. Those are actual convicts in the photo. Below is a test run on the slopping floor. I am hoping the ceramic egg rolls faster than a lighter real egg.
Nice work!! :thumbsup

Try putting a cushion on the end rail, like a thin piece of styro sheet behind a strip of indoor/outdoor carpet, or high pile indoor carpet by itself

X2 and maybe something dangling down at the edge of the cage to act as a brake before it hits the wall.
