It shows 34 degrees it's been 14 minutes in the ice water
That's why I don't use Accu-Rites for incubating. I don't have the time or energy for that hassle.

Buy a good one or just subtract 2F from all readings. Quote:
I'd say either it's 2 degrees off or your water has warmed up. If it never went below 34 degrees then it's off by 2* so just remember that when you're adjusting your bator.

Is it calibratable or do you just need to remember it is off by 2 degrees? I never saw a calibratable AccuRite.
