EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

Good morning friends. It is 50and drizzling here. It is nice because we really need slow moisture since we have not had any snow to speak of just dustings.
My prayers for you @kwhites634, your wife, and yoor medical team.

Okay, y'all ....hang onto your seats.

With all the sickness & injuries running loose around here, I got jealous. I',m one of ya now

Saw a cardiologist last week 'cause, I'd been having some minor twinges in the chest. No pain; more a reminder that something was looking for attention.
He set me up for  a cardio catheritization.  That never happened; the valve is 99% blocked. I was transported to another hospital; a one in DC.
Open heart surgery scheduled 1st thing Monday

From what I hear, I'm in for a long, hard road ahead in the near future.  Stick with me, friends; this might be pretty hairy?

Prayers for a speedy recovery.

Kiddo will remain in hospital until at least tues, she has endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled Monday and pray we get some answers, she is on digestive rest to stop the madness for now and finally pain meds.

Madness, still no answers

Continued prayers for HarmonyAnn and for you!

Are we talking days or hours? Different breeds have slightly different timeframes. Generally speaking the larger the breed (or bird in general) the longer the incubation. Doesn't always hold true but in most cases it will.
