More proof they can handle a lot more cold than people think, but the heat is fatal.....

Cold is just reducing the metabolism ( to much and you are done!) But it is reversible
To hot is ruining the protein structure ( denaturation ) and that is fatal and irreversible !

I wish there was a way to get the toad eggs to you, I would really love to see what you could do with them. However, the heat there, I assume you have heat, could be bad on them.

I am having additional tests done on my flock by the state to meet the requirements of some of the tougher states so I can export my birds to them for the trials and development.

I know I go on and on about these. BUT I had so many naysayers telling me I could never get a CX to reproduce naturally. I did it not once but twice in the development of the toads. so Yep, I am happy and proud of them.

And I so need to get the genes into other peoples hands. to keep the eggs from breaking.

He's out!!!!!!!! e appears to have some Swede. Does not look like it has a crest either.

I really wish that we could do that, I think that they have a wonderful potential! Especially to people, like me, that search for better quality meat than we found around here! You have a lot to be proud off!
We have here a lot of turkey and CX no problem in the summer, they will acclimate!

Sally! Well my bator hit a record low of 52 degrees last night and I thought I'd lost all my eggs but I don't think I lost any though some appear shrink wrapped.

Dax lost a doe, Dan's eggs nearly died, everyone wants Toads, the Midwest is warming up, there are dam issues in Cali, whites is back, fire has lotsa baby goaties, and my poor brain don't remember much more.
