thats life, just the way my cookies crumbled

Bill is enabling my addiction.... He came home from the feed store and said "Hey love, they got the bins with shavings and all the lights out and getting ready!!"

I also made him meatloaf last night (his favorite) and he said "You know if you didn't know how to make a good meatloaf, I don't now if this marriage would have lasted!"

I swear he's like a 2 year old with some of the stuff he says

Wonderful!
It is a grate privilege to have a true companion and friend!
But I am sure that it isn't only the meatloaf! ;)

Quote: No X-rays that I know of. Pretty sure they only tested for parvo. He's on IV now.
I lost an entire litter of pups, save one that I sold 700 miles away, to parvo. from the loss of the 1st to the loss of the last (7 in all if I recall). I'd raised enough pups to know parvo when I saw it; told the vet from the get-go that it was parvo, but he didn't believe it. He never admitted it was parvo of a strain he's never seen until the whole bunch was dead.

It's a real shame that there are vets loose on the streets that won't accept the fact that there are actually non-vets who know a little bit of something

Yup - smell's still there this morning. And in the yard as well. Someone had a PAR-TAY last night. :sick

:clap

Um... I'm not sure if that's really cute or really gross...

Both?
Thanks, MC! It always makes me smile when you post virtual coffee for me :hugs (even if sometimes I don't see it until 10pm :hide

He scared the bejeezus out of them with that temperature drop, and they're all like, "Get me outta here before something else goes wrong!!!!!!" :lau
TMI.

BIG time.
:pop
Heather, I'm glad some survived, but that was sort of my question as well. I'm thinking that now she's had a "taste" so to speak, it will be a lot harder to keep her away from them.
:hugs

Morning, Dax!!!! Love this photo!
So you're doing the whole "I bought a zoo" thing, huh?

Handsome, handsome boy, Dax!!!!!! :love  You have more HRIR eggs coming form elsewhere as well, right? (Or did I remember wrong?)

THANK YOU  for posting this - I laughed out loud multiple times when reading this. :clap

:frow

Have a great day! I'm about to start all my chores as well. I've been making a list, and it's alarmingly long already. :th

Lol! Probably. I was thinking the same thing. :gig

Sally, you saw that granny's pup was sick? He's at the vet. They say parvo, but she's not convinced because he hasn't had the most common symptom. She thinks it's a blockage.

yes I seen, did they do xrays?  no cocci in stool test?

In Israel parvo, rabies, and some other pathogens are obligatory vaccination by law! You can loose your dog if you don't vaccinate them!
