I have read that the Isbars are a little more "inbred" (for lack of a better description) because they were relatively recently brought here and originated here form only a small number of individuals. I have read that they have weaker immune systems. I don't have proof or anything, and others have kept them just fine, just what I've heard. I know people working with them/breeding them are working to get stronger stock.

Other than that, hard to tell. My hatchery Speckled Sussex got it worse and longer than any other bird I've had, but I don't know if that's breed specific or linked to some other commonality.
