@Sally Sunshine My thoughts and prayers are with you tonight and tomorrow as you undergo surgery. Lord, may the Doctors and surgical staff have wisdom, clarity of thought, precision and your guidance. Be with the staff in recover too. Encourage her and her family and provide in clear ways on the things they know and don't know will need done. Provide encouragement, and use it as a time to bring them closer to you. I pray for the best outcome beyond even predicted possibility. I am also praying for rapid progress in her recovery. May you guide and protect her. I also continue to lift up HarmonyAnn for a resolution and healing so this stress may be lifted. As I pray for Sally I am also remembering Meltel. Be at work in and for her too. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine be all glory, honor, and praise. In you may they find peace.

@campingshaws I am hoping for some blue egg layers from the hatch that just went into lockdown today. Ameraucana cockerel over Leghorns is one of the groups.

Egg sales have been up for me but people are requesting the marans eggs evn though the smaller poish eggs are producing the best yolk for egg size (plain white). I'l be happy to keep those-sooo good!!!!

I'm getting 13-14 eggs a day, and I don't sell eggs (don't have the permits), but I do give them away. I have nice saturated blue-green, lighter sky blue, dark olive, but hands down everyone loves the marans eggs THE BEST. Colored eggs bring so much more joy to the folks that I give them to - and I like them as well. People text me photos of their puffy frittatas!
