Remember Maple's toe, the one I was supposed to amputate and didn't?

It fell off today. Nice healthy stump. Just a bit more skin and toenail to come off and she'll be healthy again....

That's great to hear! Soon she'll be back to running around like nothing happened

Speaking of toes! I noticed one of my legbar hens limping earlier today so I picked her up to look for bumble for since she's had it in the past. Nope, she has a broken toe! Not sure how she did it or what happened but I felt it "click" back in to leave when I straightened it (serious cringe moment there). I stalled it in gauze and medical tape and let her back outside but I'm not sure how much good it'll do.I'll have to check her again tomorrow. I might tape that toe to the one next to it.

Wait im confused. Under the influence of medication but confused. I though it had already fallen off. Like maybe a week ago, i even remeber pictures. Hmm. Maybe that was another one. What was its name. Either way glad shes on the mend.

you can see it with all those lines on there?

I know I'm excited.but worried with humidity.I filled two troughs the first 18 days and then today filled them all and wasn't gonna open till day 22/23 .but there is condensation on vewing windows
