I swear by that stuff Dax. I would use the chlorhexidine next-it's basically "body bleach". It is used a lot for oral care for intubated patients and is now gold standard at the hospital for all IV starts. This will clean the area but not treat it if there is an infection. 

He was disbudded on Saturday, but his is not right. It stinks like rotting flesh. It improved with the peroxide, but I am not sure if it is enough.

what if you clean it with the peroxide then put a drawing salve or neosporin on it after, maybe clean it with betadine
